Mid-year resolutions: How to keep your New Year’s goals on track

If you’re like most Americans, the heady days of optimistic New Year’s  resolutions are long gone, done in by too-high expectations, too few hours in  the day, a fall off the bandwagon or the simple reality that celery’s got  nothin’ on chocolate cake.By now, almost all Americans have given up. Most people need 30 days to  change a habit, and a third of resolution-makers were done before January even  ended. Read more:
